Responsibilities

  • Welcome members and guests with exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct studio tours and enroll new members.
  • Build relationships that encourage long-term member retention.
  • Follow up with leads through phone calls, text messages, email, and CRM.
  • Promote memberships through community outreach and local partnerships.
  • Create engaging social media content for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Assist members with studio orientation and workout information.
  • Sell retail merchandise and nutritional products.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional studio environment.
  • Participate in grand opening events, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals.

Qualifications

  • Sales experience preferred (fitness or retail sales is a plus)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding customer service attitude
  • Comfortable using computers, mobile apps, and technology
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and coachable
  • Goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed
  • Positive, energetic, and outgoing personality
  • Passion for health, wellness, and fitness
  • Reliable transportation
  • Must be at least 18 years old
